I purchase a garage door / installation from your company about 18 months ago I recently bought a building from SteelMaster and the Amarr door was Included. I contacted your staff for Install and I was told that it could not be installed because I did not purchase from your company, and there would be too much liability. I downloaded the instructions and photo of installation I have all the parts for installation. I thought being a previous customer I would get assistance.
