Sean Tao from Precision Garage Door was just here doing a maintenance check on our garage doors. We were having an issue with just one of the three. He quickly determined the issue and completed the repair. Then he assessed all three and taught me the maintenance process for the doors going forward. A great job. Thnx to Steve and the professional team (including Whitney who helped schedule the repair).

We have used Precision Garage Door services twice now. Both times the technicians were professional and were able to resolve our problem on the first visit. Chris was the technician today. He did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing our issue. He was also very patient about answering our questions and showing us the new features of our opener.

I have used Precision over the years for new system installation and repair. My most recent experience was consistent with my past engagements. The company responded promptly, arrived on time and the technician was courteous, professional and efficient. All issues for the repair were explained,options presented and the costs were detailed prior to commencing. There is not much more I could expect from a contractor and Precision will always be my go to company for gart door service.

Man, this was excellent service. I am new to the area and not knowing people leads to some anxiety. But precision made it all easy. First they booked me and came right away. And y'all know how impt that is with a garage door issue. Second they sent a great technician, Brian who was knowledgeable, polite, took the time to explain everything. He then wrote it up, and presented it to me for approval. Then did the work, quickly, efficiently and quietly. A pleasure to work with him. This company would get 10 stars if I could give it. We needed a new garage door opener after Hurricane Helene. We have installed Liftmaster belt-drive openers at other houses we’ve owned around the country. We liked that we could schedule our appointment online and that the appointment was confirmed. We were pleased that Precision Door had excellent reviews lately. Our garage door opener did not work properly after we lost power from Hurricane Helene. We had done business with Precision in previous years and were always happy with their service. Chris arrived on time and ready to work. He provided us with several options and was able to access the previous repairs we had done on his tablet. We opted to have a new garage door opener installed, which he completed in a short time. He was very patient in explaining how to program the openers and made sure all were working before he left. Thank you for the Veteran's Discount and the great service!

Technician showed up on time, was very courteous & knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the problem was & what needed to be done. The part I like best was that he had all the parts in his truck and was able to complete the repair same day. Now the door is so much quieter with the new items , the motor and other tension spring. Jesse was the technician who repaired the cables and wall panel for my garage door. They had been overwhelmingly busy with repairs due to Hurricane Helene, although mine was not. He was communicative regarding arrival time and estimated time of repairs and took the time to explain everything that was being done. I would 100% hire him again for any needed repairs.
