Service representative was on time and reviewed door condition. Recommended roller replacement since the door was 5 to 6 years old and original rollers were wearing out. Replacement rollers installed and track/roller assembly lubricated.

Jacob was awesome. He explained in detail why our original door had failed and what should have been done wilhen the house was built. He did not pressure us to buy or do anything, but he knew what he was talking about. He fixed the broken door and the 3rd door saving us money in the end with another repair when the 3rd door failed. He was on time, friendly, professional, and he fixed both door quickly and correctly. Thank you so much!!

This is our third time using Precision Door to service our garage doors, all 3 times the service has been outstanding. Our house got hit by lightning last week, I called Precision this morning and they had a technician out to the house by 2:00pm. David did an outstanding job and was able to get our garage doors up and running in a timely manner!! Thank you David for your patience in answering all of our questions. We had previously used Precision for a minor repair a few years ago. Quick response, professional and friendly. Josh was great. He performed maintenance on door and installed a replacement opener. He was efficient, knowledgeable and patient to explain functions of our new opener. I never thought I’d have an app for my garage door opener. The best part is how quiet our new opener is. We are very pleased.
