Wow! What great service from the team at Precision, especially our installer, Brian. After damaging one of our garage door openers around noon, I called the company recommended on my community website. A number of local residents recommended Precision. Within 2 1/2 hours Brian was at our home, diagnosed the problem and offered two recommendations. I received outstanding service at a price less than I had expected!

Lightning struck my garage door opener and it was fried. Made a call and they came out the same day and installed a new one. Had a problem a couple of days after the installation. Called again and they came out the same day. Greg resolved my problem very quickly! Very satisfied

Brad Blankenship could not have been any more courteous and professional. I had a broken door spring on one of my two doors. As the doors were 18 years old and had original equipment, I had decided to be proactive and get an overhaul for both. Brad totally let me decide this on my own before he concurred. He had all the parts on his truck and finished both doors in nothing flat. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors and Grad as they totally deserve 5 stars.

Door were delivered and installed on the timeline promised. Installation was excellent, but there was an issue with the caucking not being up to standard. Called Precision and described the issue. They timely sent a tech out to our house and redid not just the small area I had in question, but redid Both doors. Perfect job. The Company and entire staff are very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door problems!

Great service and informative! Technician Joe called to say he was on his way arrive to replace broken spring but we decided to replace both springs (highly recommend!) and a new belt drive opener that he had on his truck that very quit and has a camera! We are very happy with the results!!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you have any needed repairs. I called to have repairs done on a Tuesday morning and they scheduled a tech to come out later that day. Nicholas H arrived on time introduces himself and immediately began investigating my problem. He was extremely polite and very detailed and provided me with several different options and quotes after explaining each. Once i decided what i wanted he immediately started working and finished in a timely manner and showed and explained everything that he did. I also enjoyed his conversation at the conclusion. Highly recommended and i will use them again when maintenance is needed in the future.
