Continuous customer for life. Service technician- (Robert Compton) came and did a outstanding job making sure everything was back working in tip top shape. I had my door cables totally off the spool pulley and the door jammed half open which made me reluctant to leave the house being Harley and valuables in the garage. So I needed someone to come quick. I called them at 7:00 am and Robert was here by 8:30ish. That’s awesome service in my book. Thanks Precision Door People !

Brian was outstanding. He was here same day I called. Did a thorough analysis of the problems I was having, and made a recommendation to correct a faulty opener and related parts to the system. All with professionalism, honesty and a smile. The door/opener is sooooo different than what I was living with. I should have done this years ago! Love it!

Precision door service repair worker was absolutely superb. He pointed out everything of what was causing the problem with my garage door. He presented an estimate with full details of the repairs that need to be performed. He installed a new garage door opener and was very neat and very friendly.

I called on Thursday afternoon, and we set an appointment for Friday between 8:00AM and noon. The tech called at 8:00, was at my house by 8:30 and had everything he needed (including two different choices of the parts required) in the truck with him. He was friendly and professional, and was finished with the work by 9:30. The repair was expensive, but I expected it to be, and I did choose the higher quality parts with the longer duty cycle because that is always better in the long run, and I appreciated having the choice. I could not be happier with the service Precision Garage Door provided, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fast, friendly service from a very knowledgeable installer. Mike diagnosed my issues after having suffered a lightning strike to our house. He quoted me a fair price, gave a military discount and even provided a surge protector to my unit. My replacement motor, belt drive and outside keypad were installed within an hour and only after 2 hrs. from my initial call. All replaced parts were explained and demonstrated to my satisfaction. Jonathan came out and completed the job quickly and professionally. House was in the process of getting painted and Jonathan was able to do the required work without any problem. Replaced springs, bearings and lift bracket. Will definitely use for all garage door problems.
