The technician (Anthony) was very quick & professional with the take down of the old door and the install of the new door. The difference is as clear as night and day. The only regret is having waited so long to get the replacement done. Anthony also made sure to check to see if we had any questions and answered them before he left. Expectations were not only meet, but there were exceeded.

Greg Wegman was our service specialist. Prrecsion was recommended to by friends from the Adaptive golf experience of Paris Island. I was building an accessible garage and Precision professionals helped me fom start to finished. I had an error code came up on my TouchPad. I notified precision and service rep was out next day . Problem solved and outstanding customer service. I will continue to recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door and service.
