The installer did an excellent job explaining the intricacies of garage door physics. I believe that the work needed to be completed but imagine my surprise when an estimated cost of $300 became nearly $800. When your car is trapped how much choice do you have? I could have said no.

We have always used Precision for all of our garage door and opener needs so why would I call anyone else to replace the doors and openers in our house today. Aaron came out and was very professional as we agreed on styles, colors and types of products for our house. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Precision repaired garage door in 2022. No problems to date, Called this morning for Key Pad programming. Tech arrived before noon and programmed pad and also installed a new pad by request. Both are working satisfactorily!

We were having trouble with the keypad and remotes, not responding ( opening or closing) we call that morning for service and we were quickly saying that afternoon. The young man I quickly assess the situation and resolved it. I did not get the young man’s name I believe he’s a US Army veteran ( date of service call October 31 around one 1:30 PM ) I wish I had got the young man name, he represented your company very well please invest, in this individual. Precision was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our needs from the initial phone call until our garage door silently closed for the day. A spring had broken and we could have just replaced that one spring. Being that the 1993 system was original to the home we decided not to press our luck on future failures and opted for a new opener.
