Second time using Precision and very satisfied again. Brian did a great job diagnosing problem and installing a new garage door opener. He let us know that he was able to arrive sooner than scheduled, was very friendly, courteous and professional. Explained everything thoroughly and provided several options. We had a great experience today with Precision Garage Door and our Service Rep, Brad. The day after Christmas I didn't expect anyone to respond to my email inquiry but within a few minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day. Brad called to say he was on his way and then explained in detail what he could do and how much it would cost. One hour later our garage door was opening and closing without any issues and we feel very confident and comfortable knowing it has been fixed.
