We were having trouble with the keypad and remotes, not responding ( opening or closing) we call that morning for service and we were quickly saying that afternoon. The young man I quickly assess the situation and resolved it. I did not get the young man’s name I believe he’s a US Army veteran ( date of service call October 31 around one 1:30 PM ) I wish I had got the young man name, he represented your company very well please invest, in this individual.
