Responded promptly and were very courteous on arrival However, told me that they couldn't fix my garage door spring because it had been discontinued and quoted me $1300 to replace the entire system that raises the door. Turns out that the parts aren't discontinued, they just aren't an authorized dealer and can't purchase the appropriate parts. the actual repair should be $3-500 if you have access to order parts. After i let them know that the parts weren't discontinued he cam back with a price knocking $500 off? Not a completely honest approach. Make sure you confirm that they are able to service and repair your particular brand....still I'm out $29.

Jonathan did a fantastic job of diagnosing a nagging issue and explaining what happened to get to that point. And then fixed it at a reasonable price. If you're looking for garage door service in the Golden Isles area, call Precision. Many of the places we used to call have either shut down or been bought by a larger regional chain. The chain was more expensive and, for our needs, not proficient enough to solve our problem. Precision got it done.

We were amazed with how quickly they were able to respond and surprised that they would come on a Saturday. Our Technician, Brian, was great! He called in advance to update us on his arrival, showed up on time, gave us several options for our problem and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. Chris was a model professional service technician. He called ahead to say he was 30 minutes away and actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than the original appointment time. He explained my issue to me and my wife and thoroughly provided the several solutions. During the repairs we chose, Chris explained everything and the work was completed in just over an hour. After repairs were completed Chris adjusted my existing garage door opener and ensured all operations were correct, complete and finished. I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door services (Savannah location) and especially their Service Tech Chris. Thank You Chris and Precision Garage Door!

Precision Door Service arrived when they said they would They called ahead 20 minutes before arrival and diagnosed my problem within a few minutes and fixed it on the spot. Additionally they explained what the problem was as well as the fix. They were friendly too. I highly recommend them for anything to do with garage doirs.

Having anything malfunction is a major stressor and headache! Trying to find who and what is best to solve the issue without gouging you is the other issue. I scheduled an appointment online and it was one of the easiest websites to navigate. I clicked on what I was needing (repair) and the date and available time. It wasn’t a lengthy cable hookup time frame either! They were able to come the next day. The technician called in advanced before arriving and was able to look ate the issues and provide an on the spot spring replacement and repair. I was shocked that he was able to do it and snot schedule a follow up to return later. My door operates far smoother than it did!
