Precision Garage Door installed my door and closer in late November, 2022. Cleveland came out today to perform an inspection. He was a very professional and personable young man. I told him the door seemed to be making more noise than most garage doors I had ever had. He took his time looking at everything, and then make a few minor "tweaks" and lubricated everything. The door is much quieter now, and he told me what to look for in the future should it start making more noise in the future. I have only dealt with 4 of Precision Door personnei (salesman, installers, and now Cleveland). They have all been top notch. Would highly recommend them.....

Our three garage doors were 16+ years old, bottom rubber seals were worn out and we wanted a through safety check. The Precision crew was prompt, very knowledgeable and clearly explained what could be done to fully renew our doors. Work done completely on the first visit.

Precision Door installed our doors and they are beautiful. We damaged a door backing a vehicle out if the garage. The technicians were fabulous They checked to see how the door retracted, checked the tracks, and wheels. They were extremely thorough.

Our technician Brian was early for our appointment. He contacted us via phone stating he would be early, when he arrived he notified us. When his evaluation of our garage door was complete he again notified us and explained everything that was going on with the door. He then gave us options on how to move forward with the repairs. We had our 2 garage doors replaced by Precision Door around 5 years ago and they were on-time and did a great job. Those technicians were quite efficient and made quick work of replacing the doors and cleaned up great when they were done. Today’s technician was equally on-time and knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s a pleasure to work with Precision Door.
