My name is Jonathan Ferreira. I've been in the garage door business for 13 years. Before that I served in the United States Marine Corps for 8 1/2 years. I am married and between my wife and I we have 9 kids (8 boys and 1 girl). People know me by my nickname "Pineapple".

His experience really shined by how he performed the repair and was able balance my garage door perfectly so even my with one hand in the eventually a power outage would occur. 5 stars service all around. Outstanding. Jonathan was knowledgeable and very nice. When I called precision for the appointment they offered very prompt timeline and told us who would be coming and what they would be driving. Your website has the bio and photo of service people so we knew when he arrived who he was. Got estimate and timeline for work right away by phone and email confirmation. Such efficient business. Also fixed the door that needed repair in no time.

Precision did the initial installation of my current garage door. They did such a great job with that, I called them back when I needed service again. Jonathan did an excellent job. He called before he arrived and showed up promptly. The price was a little high, but everything worked out fine. He thoroughly answered all my questions in a way that was easily understood.
