Precision Overhead Garage Door sets the Gold Standard for business practices. Anthony, the technician sets the Gold Standard for representing the company. He showed up early and texted when he arrived. Anthony instills confidence. He knows his business well, and has excellent diagnostic skills in both the mechanics and the electronic aspects of the business. He is prepared with pictures and proving. Very transparent, patient, and articulate. I recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Servive wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Continuous customer for life. Service technician- (Robert Compton) came and did a outstanding job making sure everything was back working in tip top shape. I had my door cables totally off the spool pulley and the door jammed half open which made me reluctant to leave the house being Harley and valuables in the garage. So I needed someone to come quick. I called them at 7:00 am and Robert was here by 8:30ish. That’s awesome service in my book. Thanks Precision Door People !

Precision came out immediately when my garage door failed. The tech was courteous and thorough, explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand (please give him a raise!). The work was completely right away. I went from broken garage door to completely fixed and better than brand new in less than 3 hours after my emergency started. 10/10!
