I was very impressed with the quick reply for an appointment just as i needed. also i was called by Chris at the very same time of the appointment to let me know he was on the way and Chris was very nice and professional and courteous! He also discussed the problem and gave me an estimate before he started the job! I was very pleased with the Job and time that it took to resolve the problem and get the garage in great working order! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. My garage door springs broke and when I called them they were able to come that same day but I had somewhere else to go so they scheduled it for the next day. My technician Chris Driver was very professional and friendly and explained exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time and was ready to get my problem fixed. I will use them again if I ever need to.

I called Precision Garage Door out of desperation when our former garage door service company told me they were too busy. The motor had "quit" on our opener, and the manual release on our door was jammed. With meetings and appointments throughout the day, I called Precision, and while they, too, were very busy, they said they would work us in between 4 pm and 6 pm. Cleveland, one of their technicians, called and asked if he could come early since he had just finished another job early. Cleveland then quickly evaluated the issues with our 1994 opener and determined that we needed to replace the old opener with a new Genie opener. He also described other alternatives. Cleveland completed the entire Genie installation efficiently. He checked all systems and safety devices. He also programmed our remotes and instructed us on the new features. Cleveland also removed all the old opener pieces and packaging. Outstanding customer service! I give Cleveland and Percision 5 Stars! Thank you, Ted J Kleisner

Booking the appointment online on a Sunday for next day service on the website was easy. The technician, Cleveland called ahead from the road with arrival time. He was knowledgeable, and took time to explain the problem in detail.He gave me repair options but I decided to replace the entire opener with a new one. He had it installed and operating smoothly in a couple hours at the most. He was friendly and made sure everything was set up how I wanted it. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anybody!

Responded promptly and were very courteous on arrival However, told me that they couldn't fix my garage door spring because it had been discontinued and quoted me $1300 to replace the entire system that raises the door. Turns out that the parts aren't discontinued, they just aren't an authorized dealer and can't purchase the appropriate parts. the actual repair should be $3-500 if you have access to order parts. After i let them know that the parts weren't discontinued he cam back with a price knocking $500 off? Not a completely honest approach. Make sure you confirm that they are able to service and repair your particular brand....still I'm out $29.

After multiple conversations with the business that apparently installed my two door openers when the house was built (they'd call back and say someone would contact me for scheduling)...I called Precision, and within hours, they arrived at my home and fixed my issue. The friendly service technician gave me new stickers to place on both door openers so the new homeowner won't have to suffer with the horrible business with contact info previously stuck on the openers and can now go straight to the Precision professionals. Thank you!

We read the reviews and they were absolutely correct. I called and scheduled an appointment today and the person that answered the phone said that the tech would call me when on the way. Cleveland called and arrived within twenty minutes. He very courteous as well as knowledgeable. Provided us with quotes and completed the job in approximately 1 1/2 hours. He was fantastic and very timely!!! Definitely recommend this company.

Garage door broke in the evening… But the company was open until 8 PM and I spoke with Lillian who is very professional, polite and helpful… Service was scheduled for the next morning… The service technician Cleveland did call 20 minutes before and he was extremely professional, friendly knowledgeable- And a delight during his visit -the repairs were well done, and the difference in performance is night and Day… I would recommend them wholeheartedly… Specifically Cleveland

due to door opener malfunction, I realized I was not able to resolve my problem. As a care giver, it is imperative that I have access and security. Jonathan came promptly next morning, assessed and thoroughly explained 2 different options to regain safe operation. Within 2 hours the job was completed. remote and cell phone programmed, with thorough explanation, and I was able to complete all necessary tasks knowing my safety and door function was restored.

We had a new garage door installed in Jan of this year. We have had a problem with the door shutting properly and I called today to see if I could make an appointment for someone to come check it out. They sent Chris out within a few hours! He immediately found the problem ( which was a loose bolt) and fixed it! He also sprayed the hinges for us. He was very nice and informative. Thank you all!
