In my line of work Safety & Precision are the top priorities. Kenny did an outstanding job replacing all the failed door components, he took his time to ensure the door was perfectly aligned and moved up and down easily manually and with the garage door motor. Kenny also noticed that the top Metal Cross Beam was in the wrong position and was causing the top of the door to bend in, the steel cross beam was about half way down the top panel, Kenny moved it to the top of the door panel, which stopped the top of the door from bending in. The new rollers are so very nice and quiet, unlike the old steel rollers. Precision is my go to company for my Garage Door service and repairs.

Purchased a garage door panel and opener. Brad was the tech who initially came out and went over everything with me. I subsequently requested him for the install. I couldn't be happier with all aspects of my install. I sincerely appreciate his advice on care and maintenance. The finished install is flawless. My garage door was "sticking" when trying to close and it also needed maintenance. I received a Precision coupon in the mail and a relative had previously used them. George was timely and gave me 3 options to choose from. I was pleased with service and outcome. My garage door opens smoothly and is much quieter when opening and closing. Thank you.

This company is professional and efficient. From the person who took my repair request to the repair man showing up the next morning. Brett was very informative and explained how to maintain our new door spring and door before he left. The spring has a 3 year warranty included. He left a sticker on the door for future contact information.

Great service. The Tech called prior to advise when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, provided details on what was needed along with the cost for the job. He finished when he said he would and we discussed a future job I will have him handle in a few months.

Guido of Precision Garage door did a repair on my garage door that is fifteen years old. He did a complete repair on the on the door and replaced the old motor with a new LiftMaster. Guido is a real professional and is a great example of what people in his trade should be. He did a great job and with the military discount; I saved about $400 by repairing the old door rather than replacing it with a new door. As a disabled veteran I really appreciate the savings. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door as a result of the job Guido did for me.

Excellent service all around! Our technician Jonathan, came out the very next day (on a Sunday even) and fixed the issue. He had everything he needed with him; no waiting for parts to be ordered. I highly recommend Precision Door.
