Excellent service all around! Our technician Jonathan, came out the very next day (on a Sunday even) and fixed the issue. He had everything he needed with him; no waiting for parts to be ordered. I highly recommend Precision Door.

In my line of work Safety & Precision are the top priorities. Kenny did an outstanding job replacing all the failed door components, he took his time to ensure the door was perfectly aligned and moved up and down easily manually and with the garage door motor. Kenny also noticed that the top Metal Cross Beam was in the wrong position and was causing the top of the door to bend in, the steel cross beam was about half way down the top panel, Kenny moved it to the top of the door panel, which stopped the top of the door from bending in. The new rollers are so very nice and quiet, unlike the old steel rollers. Precision is my go to company for my Garage Door service and repairs.

This company is professional and efficient. From the person who took my repair request to the repair man showing up the next morning. Brett was very informative and explained how to maintain our new door spring and door before he left. The spring has a 3 year warranty included.
