Very prompt service. Phone scheduling was easy and handled professionally. Technician Brian Flower was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Found our 16 year old system to be in acceptable condition, but when asked noted its weak points and made recommendations for possible improvements. With his guidance we decided to replace springs, drums, cables and associated hardware with upgraded materials, but to leave the opener and rail intact aside from adjusting and lubricating them. Overall a very positive experience with Bryan and Precision!

Got your name on line plus a quote for average cost of spring replacement. The time from calling your company to show up was excellent. The quote was in my estimation was high but the service man was good to work with me to eliminate some items I felt were unnecessary. Overall I was satisfied.

Greyson Simmons was wonderful. I was able to get Sunday appointment and he notified me prior to arrival, was courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. He totally rebuilt my system and installed new opener including programming my remotes & car. It is quiet as a mouse.

I chose Precision because I have used them in the past at my home up North and found them reliable. I also prefer the Liftmaster brand which they promote I had a new opener installed as well as new coils and spring. I also had new stripping added to the bottom of my door. They did everything well. I love the quiet smooth operation of my garage door now.

The true test of a review is dealing with a company when there is a problem.. Well today Precision Garage came to our house for an appointment, and yes there was a problem. We decided not to have them perform the work specified and after the technician left we called the company. Immediately I was transferred to a manager, Sean, and he was unbelievable. He promised to correct the problem and that we would get platinum service. That's exactly what happened. Within a couple of hours the field manager was at our house, fixed the garage door and went above and beyond in apologies, I think his name was Mike. We are so totally please because they really stand behind what they say. I very highly recommend you use Precision Garage. They are fair, kind and punctual. Thank you Precision!
