We had a great experience today with Precision Garage Door and our Service Rep, Brad. The day after Christmas I didn't expect anyone to respond to my email inquiry but within a few minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day. Brad called to say he was on his way and then explained in detail what he could do and how much it would cost. One hour later our garage door was opening and closing without any issues and we feel very confident and comfortable knowing it has been fixed.

We appreciate so much that you came out on a Saturday, you were so professional and courteous, and took the time to explain what was the problem, what the options were, and how you could fix it. Precision was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about our needs from the initial phone call until our garage door silently closed for the day. A spring had broken and we could have just replaced that one spring. Being that the 1993 system was original to the home we decided not to press our luck on future failures and opted for a new opener. Precision door service repair worker was absolutely superb. He pointed out everything of what was causing the problem with my garage door. He presented an estimate with full details of the repairs that need to be performed. He installed a new garage door opener and was very neat and very friendly.

Great service. I called on Friday and they came at 8 am on Sunday. There were multiple issues so the serviceman resolve one issue and scheduled a second service for Tuesday. The serviceman promptly fixed the problem which required a part. I did not receive a bill as the part was under warranty. Very pleased with their friendly service.
