Precision door service repair worker was absolutely superb. He pointed out everything of what was causing the problem with my garage door. He presented an estimate with full details of the repairs that need to be performed. He installed a new garage door opener and was very neat and very friendly.

Great service. I called on Friday and they came at 8 am on Sunday. There were multiple issues so the serviceman resolve one issue and scheduled a second service for Tuesday. The serviceman promptly fixed the problem which required a part. I did not receive a bill as the part was under warranty. Very pleased with their friendly service.

Our service rep was Brian, who actually installed and serviced the Chamberlain Garage Door openers. On this service call, he was on time, very courteous and efficient. He took the time to explain what the problem was, how he was fixing the issue and how i can do same in the future, if I wished to tackle a potentially similar problem in the future.
