Brian was totally excellent; very knowledgeable in his profession. In the process of selling my home, the inspector noted that the garage door needed a spring adjustment. Brian came out, checked out the concern and made a minor adjustment. Explained and showed me what he did to remedy the situation. Very courteous and professional.

This was our second time using Precision Door Service. Everyone we have dealt with has been courteous, knowledgeable and professional. With one simple on-line chat this morning I was able to tell you that my garage door wouldn’t open - within a few hours a wonderful serviceman came (even though it was Sunday) replaced the unit, serviced the door, replaced my garage key pad and car remotes - I am so pleased with your advice and service.
