Wow! What great service from the team at Precision, especially our installer, Brian. After damaging one of our garage door openers around noon, I called the company recommended on my community website. A number of local residents recommended Precision. Within 2 1/2 hours Brian was at our home, diagnosed the problem and offered two recommendations. I received outstanding service at a price less than I had expected!

Door were delivered and installed on the timeline promised. Installation was excellent, but there was an issue with the caucking not being up to standard. Called Precision and described the issue. They timely sent a tech out to our house and redid not just the small area I had in question, but redid Both doors. Perfect job. The Company and entire staff are very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your garage door problems!

Due to “emission sticker” issues on the Precision Door vehicle, the technician was delayed in getting into our community, so the panel replacement was not done until late in the afternoon.

The self-threading bracket screws that connect the door lifter arm to our newly-installed garage door pulled out of door structure after a couple of week’s use. Precision Door came out as soon as we called and even arrived earlier than scheduled. Brian responded, knew immediately what had to be done and replaced the weak opener arm connection with a reinforced plate that looks like it is in to stay. Just a little disappointed original installers didn’t recognize bracket connection was too weak to last.

Brian was totally excellent; very knowledgeable in his profession. In the process of selling my home, the inspector noted that the garage door needed a spring adjustment. Brian came out, checked out the concern and made a minor adjustment. Explained and showed me what he did to remedy the situation. Very courteous and professional.
