Brian was totally excellent; very knowledgeable in his profession. In the process of selling my home, the inspector noted that the garage door needed a spring adjustment. Brian came out, checked out the concern and made a minor adjustment. Explained and showed me what he did to remedy the situation. Very courteous and professional.

With one simple on-line chat this morning I was able to tell you that my garage door wouldn’t open - within a few hours a wonderful serviceman came (even though it was Sunday) replaced the unit, serviced the door, replaced my garage key pad and car remotes - I am so pleased with your advice and service. The self-threading bracket screws that connect the door lifter arm to our newly-installed garage door pulled out of door structure after a couple of week’s use. Precision Door came out as soon as we called and even arrived earlier than scheduled. Brian responded, knew immediately what had to be done and replaced the weak opener arm connection with a reinforced plate that looks like it is in to stay. Just a little disappointed original installers didn’t recognize bracket connection was too weak to last.
