Victor was great! He arrived on time, we discussed options and cost. The end result was to repair a double and a single garage doors (both 20 years old) or replace them with new up dated doors with added hurricane protection. With only a $700.00 difference in price we opted for a new garage doors. Looking forward to new quiet doors.

I backed into our garage door and did enough damage that the door would not budge. I called Precision Doors at 7:30 PM. The phone was answered immediately and a repair Technician was scheduled for the following morning. He arrived on time and had the door open AND WORKING within 10 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, competent and personable. This is the second time we used them with the same great results.

The service was very good. My only slightly negative comment would be that what I thought would be a fsirly simple spring replacement turned into a much larger project. I am not questioning the need for a complete service but somehow we should been more prepared for what was presented. George did a great job and obviously knows what he is doing. Just some suggestions.

The tech (George) arrived at the early part of my 4 hour window. He accessed the situation (broken door spring) and gave me two spring options. He also gave me options on making my door operate quieter. George and his assistant were very professional and had the whole job completed in just over an hour. My door runs quieter and smoother now than the day it was installed by another company 5 years ago.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday AM, the beginning of the Memorial Day holiday. I called three garage door companies. Precision was the only one that a real person answered the phone. Even though they are located 50 miles away, they had a technician at my house by 2:00 PM and repaired the door within one hour. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their service.
