I made a telephone appointment last night, hoping to get one for today or no later than Wednesday. I was relieved to get one for today between 8 &12 noon. At 8:10 your mechanic Brad called telling me that he would be at my garage in 10 minutes...what a pleasant relief!! My door was checked & as per company, gave me options BEFORE starting my agreed repair. The work was completed to my total satisfaction & at the agreed cost!! I recommend your company for having a telephone operator available 24-7 daily & for the EXCELLENT REPAIR!!

Victor did a super job. Worked non-stop to install, on 2 garage doors, openers, springs, steel wires, hardware, and rollers. Yes, Lift master is expensive, but "quality is not cheap, and cheap is not quality ". Thanks again Victor, good to meet you. And again, congrats on your new home.

Repairman arrived as scheduled. Evaluated door problems. Explained what problem was. Replaced springs and tested door. All work done quickly and efficiently. It was a very hot day. I would call this company again for any problems in the future. I also liked the fact that his service vehicle was fully equipped with all necessary parts needed. No need for a return visit or a wait for a parts delivery. 5 stars.

The worker was here when promised, and did very good work. I do find the spray used is a little strong, and suggest you use something less strong smelling. I have had to leave the garage open all day, to try and reduce the strong smell. I would suggest a silicon spray in the future. We had a garage door opener repaired and chose the most expensive option offered.

Service was great. Appointment was scheduled a day after my call and the technician called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come early. Straight forward, courteous and efficient. He repaired my broken tension springs and was complete within an hour. Having 24/7 service with weekend availability was what caught my eye to make the call in the first place including the fact they are a local contractor for my area.
