My appointment was for 4pm and he had an opening at noon and got here on time. In a word I would say outstanding. He was done in about forty five minutes start to finish. For all your garage needs there is only one number you need. Precision!

Service was performed by Brad. He was timely, professional friendly. In addition to the broken spring he noticed several things that needed to be replaced (the door was installed in 1991). He explained each one and showed me the problem. I was very please with the service. The garage door is quieter than ever before.

After a morning phone call for service to pair the garage door opener to my new car, John the tech was here that afternoon. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of what was needed to set the opener plus put my 20-year old garage doors back into good order for a few more years of service. They now work quieter and smoother. Plus open the doors remotely from my car! Thanks for the excellent service.

The Lift Master opener Precision initially replaced my old one with had none of the "adjustable" features I had expected. Thanks to Guido and the installing tech, Precision promptly changed it to a model that offered the exact adjustment features I wanted.....willingly and at no additional cost. The installation process was extremely professional with all features being fully explained to me. That's a first class business!

I was told after 5 min my motor was bad. I balked and asked him to check wires. Then he said motor was fine but coils were broken or missing and for the lowest package it would be a mere $389.00. Then I was told before the service call It would be $59.00 but he asked for $89.00 because he had checked out everything. He was here a total of 15 minutes. I paid the 89 but said I would give a bad review. I feel scammed and cannot recommend this company on the island or neighbors.

Your company is fantastic. I called around 8:40 am and your employee JONATHAN was at my house around 10. AM. I first called Overhead Door and they got back to me in the early afternoon. I told them that your company was fixing my door. Jonathan did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional the way he works with customers. I really like how he replaced the entire system. He even made sure all the openers worked including the openers in our vehicles. From now on if there is a problem your company will be called and I will let others know in our subdivision how good your company works.

Classic: broken garage door with car stranded. Precision Door sent a tech out the same day-on his way home at the end of his workday. After getting caught in a car accident on I95, the tech continued on to our place and repaired the door. Good man.

I had a problem with my garage door coming out of the tracks and operating with a very jerky motion. I called Precision based on the reviews online and on their website and my appointment was scheduled for two days later. Guido called on appointment day and said he was running a little bit early, which was great. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem immediately without trying to upsell me. He quickly worked up the estimate to do the work, we agreed, and he was finished within two hours. All new parts were installed on a 20 year old system and it works like new and is virtually noiseless as it raises and lowers. Thank you for your great service Guido.

It is a miserable, icy day. Guido came to fix our door right on time as promised. The job turned out to be much bigger than expected. But he went to work and worked nonstop in cold, miserable weather to get the job done. He was neat, polite, diligent and competent. He virtually rebuilt two garage doors and installed new motors in just four hours. Amazing job. Couldn’t be happier.

I chose Precision based on the quality of the web site (love the videos) and it turned out to be a GREAT decision. Service was fast (he arrived within two hours). He was knowledgeable, explaining options he could provide to our current garage door openers that would improve safety and improve performance and also explained where a new system would be beneficial. EXCELLENT sales!!! Guido was the most knowledgeable sales person I have talked to (and I had a quote from Home Depot and the local competitor). Our garage door had broken and he even climbed up on a ladder to unplug the opener to ensure that no one would open it accidentally.
