Customer service was knowledgeable and fast. I had a technician out here in a couple of days (non-emergency situation). When Jesse arrived he diagnosed all possible problems with our garage door and helped me find the best solution. Ended up replacing the motor and his work was fast as well as precise. Can't recommend a better company and I will be back in the future should the need arise.

Upon arrival, Mr. Grayson explain everything that was wrong with my garage doors. It was clear that he had working knowledge on what the problem was and how to fix the problem. Mr. Grayson attention to details and quality standards are very high, I was impressed with the fact that he cleaned up behind himself. No mess left behind for me to clean up! I was a little disappointed that he could not program my new genie garage opener to my 2013 Lincoln Navigator or the master opener. Other that I am very pleased with this company.

I researched this business and found mostly positive reviews. I called and spoke with a receptionist who quoted me a total of $89.99 per spring including installation, after explaining I wanted to replace both springs, despite only having one broken spring. The repairman (Kenny Allen) did a safety check, insisted several unnecessary repairs also needed to be done to an adequately functional door. I've maintained seasonal upkeep on the door. After the safety check he insisted on up-selling me springs that were $189 each plus bearings and cables that were unnecessary. After I repeated that I only requested that I was in search of the cheaper springs, he told me he didn't have those in his possession, but only had the more expensive, 'special, longest lasting' on his truck. At which point I informed him I no longer needed his service and was feeling like I was in in the attempt of a ridiculous scam, I informed him he could leave. He asked about a service call fee, in which I declined as I felt no service had been provided, except for a scam. I've since, again, found the springs online for less than $70 for BOTH. Exact size, exact brand. Research your options and know what you're dealing with people!

He was knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of what was needed to set the opener plus put my 20-year old garage doors back into good order for a few more years of service. The Lift Master opener Precision initially replaced my old one with had none of the "adjustable" features I had expected. Thanks to Guido and the installing tech, Precision promptly changed it to a model that offered the exact adjustment features I wanted.....willingly and at no additional cost. The installation process was extremely professional with all features being fully explained to me. That's a first class business!

I was told after 5 min my motor was bad. I balked and asked him to check wires. Then he said motor was fine but coils were broken or missing and for the lowest package it would be a mere $389.00. Then I was told before the service call It would be $59.00 but he asked for $89.00 because he had checked out everything. He was here a total of 15 minutes. I paid the 89 but said I would give a bad review. I feel scammed and cannot recommend this company on the island or neighbors.

Your company is fantastic. I called around 8:40 am and your employee JONATHAN was at my house around 10. AM. I first called Overhead Door and they got back to me in the early afternoon. I told them that your company was fixing my door. Jonathan did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional the way he works with customers. I really like how he replaced the entire system. He even made sure all the openers worked including the openers in our vehicles. From now on if there is a problem your company will be called and I will let others know in our subdivision how good your company works.
