When I called Precision, I was given a prompt appointment. Jonathan showed up on a Sunday and was able to explain the problem with my garage door and what would be needed to make the repair. I had to postpone the repair for a few days but when I called back to make the appointment, he came back the very next day (on time as promised) and made the necessary repairs. Jonathan was very polite, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with his service and with Precision Door Service. Will definitely use them again and am thankful for the great service. Kudos to Precision and Jonathan!!

My initial quote($827.00)was for new springs, cables, and brackets. I felt the price should have been adjusted since my old cables were used and old brackets. Or John should have installed all new parts as he stated he would in the initial quote. I thought the price was extremely high, and I also didn’t get the military discount as promised of 5 percent.

He oiled and lubed the door, hinges, bearings and springs, and also, aligned and bolted the safety eyes to the track. Jonathan came out and completed the job quickly and professionally. House was in the process of getting painted and Jonathan was able to do the required work without any problem. Replaced springs, bearings and lift bracket. Will definitely use for all garage door problems.

Johnathan came right on time to replace my door opener. He immediately discovered that the springs on my door (which were installed by another company) were the wrong size, which was what caused my opener to smoke and stop working properly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done right! My door has never been quieter, plus he programmed all my remotes and keypad. I will never call anyone else to address future garage door issues- highly recommend!

Anthony was scheduled to be here between 2:00 and 5:00. I appreciate that he called to say he would not be arriving during the scheduled timeframe. He then called again to say he was on his way. He understood our problem and corrected it to our satisfaction. He cleaned up all his trash and we could not tell he had been here. He worked long after hours to complete the job.
