Let’s just say it was easy to get an appointment. When Jonathan got to the house he noticed an issue with the garage before he even started. Technician, Dan, came within the window of time we were told he would arrive. Polite, knowledgeable, fixed the problem and checked to see if there was anything else to fix while he was here. He spotted that our garage door was opening too far (something about a screw hitting something...) and fixed it. Checked to ensure that all of the openers worked. Didn't waste time.

Precision Garage Door Service is a great company to work with. After a spring broke last winter, they came out and replaced the mechanisms. A few days ago, the cable to the one side of the door popped off and caused the door to go crooked. It wouldn't close all the way. The customer service rep on the phone was pleasant and the technician showed up early in the morning to identify the issue. He was courteous and explained everything to me. Since the problem was tension on one of the springs, he replaced it for no charge since it was still under warranty. The door is working very smoothly now. The work was completed very quickly. I will continue to work with this company if any other issues arise with my garage door.

The technician arrived on time in spite of the tropical storm, analyzed our garage door problem, proposed a resolution and completed the work efficiently. We had a new garage door installed in Jan of this year. We have had a problem with the door shutting properly and I called today to see if I could make an appointment for someone to come check it out. They sent Chris out within a few hours! He immediately found the problem ( which was a loose bolt) and fixed it! He also sprayed the hinges for us. He was very nice and informative. Thank you all!
