Being new home owners I asked my neighbors for a garage door service reference. Precision was hands down the preferred service provider. The onsite service tech provided an informative diagnosis and several options. We will definitely use Prevision again should the need arise.

My garage door was "sticking" when trying to close and it also needed maintenance. I received a Precision coupon in the mail and a relative had previously used them. George was timely and gave me 3 options to choose from. I was pleased with service and outcome. My garage door opens smoothly and is much quieter when opening and closing. Thank you.

The worker was here when promised, and did very good work. I do find the spray used is a little strong, and suggest you use something less strong smelling. I have had to leave the garage open all day, to try and reduce the strong smell. I would suggest a silicon spray in the future. We had a garage door opener repaired and chose the most expensive option offered.
