So it’s 2:30pn on a Saturday and the garage door decides to pop its springs. Faced with having to wait until Monday to get the door repaired we called Precision Door. We had our 2 garage doors replaced by Precision Door around 5 years ago and they were on-time and did a great job. Precision Door installed our doors and they are beautiful. We damaged a door backing a vehicle out if the garage. The technicians were fabulous They checked to see how the door retracted, checked the tracks, and wheels. They were extremely thorough.

We had a great experience today with Precision Garage Door and our Service Rep, Brad. The day after Christmas I didn't expect anyone to respond to my email inquiry but within a few minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day. Brad called to say he was on his way and then explained in detail what he could do and how much it would cost. One hour later our garage door was opening and closing without any issues and we feel very confident and comfortable knowing it has been fixed.

The installer did an excellent job explaining the intricacies of garage door physics. I believe that the work needed to be completed but imagine my surprise when an estimated cost of $300 became nearly $800. When your car is trapped how much choice do you have? I could have said no.
