Tim was very professional at educating us on the various models and their characteristics. He helped us select the optimal value for money solution for all 3 garage doors. The doors arrived on-time, complete, and damage-free. Guido, the head installer, did an exceptional job of removing the old doors & springs and installing the new doors , side seals, and hardware, in a professional and efficient manner. Exceeded my expectations.

Great service. The Tech called prior to advise when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed the situation, provided details on what was needed along with the cost for the job. He finished when he said he would and we discussed a future job I will have him handle in a few months.

Getting someone to your house to repair something on a Saturday is not easy, but getting someone to your house on Saturday for "Regular Price" is PRICELESS. Our garage door spring broke on Saturday AM, the beginning of the Memorial Day holiday. I called three garage door companies. Precision was the only one that a real person answered the phone. Even though they are located 50 miles away, they had a technician at my house by 2:00 PM and repaired the door within one hour. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with their service.

My chain to my garage door broke this morning.I went online and sent requests to 2 garage door and opener companies for a service call and estimate.George called within an hour and made an appointment for 4-6pm.He called at 4pm to let me know he would be here within 30 minutes.He told me the problem and offered 3 different options and explained what each one offered.He was very patient while I made my choice.After completing the job,he assisted me with coding the keypad and explaining everything covered with the warranty.I was very pleased with George's patience and professionalism.
