A "real person" really did answer the phone, took my information, and surprise, surprise,could come that same day. Because I seen an ad on TV which stated that the service call was free once they came and looked at what you had to give you an estimate. We recently bought an older home with an old garage door and it was working fine until we decided to get more controls for the door to open it and that's when it stop working we thought it might be just the motor but your techincan says we need a whole new unit, we are not ready for a whole new unit just now I was hoping that we could get it working without replace the whole door. I was not home so my husband was there with your service man Victor, as for as I know he did a good job. No work was done other than getting a estimate on what we need for a new door. The Lift Master opener Precision initially replaced my old one with had none of the "adjustable" features I had expected. Thanks to Guido and the installing tech, Precision promptly changed it to a model that offered the exact adjustment features I wanted.....willingly and at no additional cost. I entered my information online after reading reviews on Angie’s List for Precision Doors on a Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call approximately 30 minutes later to schedule an appointment at my convenience for Monday! Due to unforeseen circumstances at work I missed the scheduled appointment Monday but found voicemail from Brad and a note on my front door to reschedule. The rescheduled appointment was easy to make and I received a courtesy call from Brad to inform me of his ETA. He was punctual, very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained all my repair options without pressure. Brad explained and helped set up my remote openers before leaving. I’m very pleased with his work and professionalism. There was no mess for me to clean up and work was done in a timely manner. I’m pleased to be able to recommend Brad and Precision without reservation to my friends!
