Precision did the initial installation of my current garage door. They did such a great job with that, I called them back when I needed service again. Jonathan did an excellent job. He called before he arrived and showed up promptly. The price was a little high, but everything worked out fine. He thoroughly answered all my questions in a way that was easily understood. Technician very competent about what was needed. Very methodical in repairing my issue. Not only replaced the springs but showed why the rollers needed replaced. The door now works very smoothly, much better than before. Extremely satisfied with the repair and the courtesy shown by the technician.
