Outstanding. Jonathan was knowledgeable and very nice. When I called precision for the appointment they offered very prompt timeline and told us who would be coming and what they would be driving. Your website has the bio and photo of service people so we knew when he arrived who he was. Got estimate and timeline for work right away by phone and email confirmation. Such efficient business. Also fixed the door that needed repair in no time.

The true test of a review is dealing with a company when there is a problem.. Well today Precision Garage came to our house for an appointment, and yes there was a problem. We decided not to have them perform the work specified and after the technician left we called the company. Immediately I was transferred to a manager, Sean, and he was unbelievable. He promised to correct the problem and that we would get platinum service. That's exactly what happened. Within a couple of hours the field manager was at our house, fixed the garage door and went above and beyond in apologies, I think his name was Mike. We are so totally please because they really stand behind what they say. I very highly recommend you use Precision Garage. They are fair, kind and punctual. Thank you Precision!

Overall the service was good, the representative was respectful, professional but the reason I give four stars is because the representative damage my wall when he installed the spring on one side and when I pointed to the demage he just told me it was because the spring was to long and he did the best he can, I just finished my garage two weeks ago and now I have to fixed and didn’t even apologize for.
