Precision came out immediately when my garage door failed. The tech was courteous and thorough, explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand (please give him a raise!). The work was completely right away. I went from broken garage door to completely fixed and better than brand new in less than 3 hours after my emergency started. 10/10!

Can’t say enough about Mike at Precision! He was prompt, courteous, professional and just a great guy! I called late afternoon on a Monday, and he showed up Tuesday at 9:30! I had been having problems with my door for some time, and i think I was on “borrowed time”.. He Explained everything in detail, the components, what he would be doing, etc. I was so impressed with him! Thank you again for your prompt response and for having such a great employee in Mike!! I will be telling everyone about your company.

Brad was my tech today. He was very professional and highly skilled . He had to replace my garage door opener. Brad completed the job in a fairly short amount of time. He explained everything he did after job completion. Showed me how to use new equipment that he replaced. I will definitely use Precision Door in the future and give as a referral .

I purchased 3 replacement garage door about 6 months ago and was very pleased with their quality, construction and appearance. Also with the professionalism of the installer and his knowledge. I have not had any issues or complaints with these doors. So, I just added a new garage with front and back openings that I wanted to add doors from a manufacturer/company that resembled what I already installed. The price seemed reasonable for what I needed! Doors special size (13') wide. So, I went with Precision. John F. came out (Early) and provided me all the information I needed to make the best choice for my needs. Thanks! John.

Johnathan came right on time to replace my door opener. He immediately discovered that the springs on my door (which were installed by another company) were the wrong size, which was what caused my opener to smoke and stop working properly. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done right! My door has never been quieter, plus he programmed all my remotes and keypad. I will never call anyone else to address future garage door issues- highly recommend!

Our service rep was Brian, who actually installed and serviced the Chamberlain Garage Door openers. On this service call, he was on time, very courteous and efficient.
