Great service. I called on Friday and they came at 8 am on Sunday. There were multiple issues so the serviceman resolve one issue and scheduled a second service for Tuesday. The serviceman promptly fixed the problem which required a part. I did not receive a bill as the part was under warranty. Very pleased with their friendly service.

Excellent and professional and knowledgeable describes Brad and Precision Overhead Door. Late day the garage door derailed with a roller falling off. Called Precision, got a next day appointment for Saturday. Brad showed up and quickly identified the repairs needed. Our garage door really needed springs, a strut to correct a door bow, and bearings. Happy we were, Brad had all the parts on his truck. The garage door operates like new now. Thanks!

Within 3 hours of my call, Brad, came & viewed the problem and made the door safe until a new door could be delivered & installed. Not only was Brad superb in explaining why the complete door needed to be replaced but also, he took the time to explain and show the difference in the new hardware to replace the inferior original hardware and why it was so important.
