A great experience as provided by Precision Garage Door representative Nicholas Hardin who deserves the highest grade as he is the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous,and customer service oriented as they come. After a thorough investigation of my garage door, he took the time to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve the problem. Once ascertained he took the time to explain the recommendations he had made to bring the door into balance which he stated is essential before addressing the opener itself. The end result is not only was my problem resolved but the door operates better than ever and to top it all off I am covered by a one-year warranty on parts that were installed and labor. Thank you Nick and Precision Garage Door.

He showed up early and texted when he arrived. Anthony instills confidence. Brian was totally excellent; very knowledgeable in his profession. In the process of selling my home, the inspector noted that the garage door needed a spring adjustment. Brian came out, checked out the concern and made a minor adjustment. Explained and showed me what he did to remedy the situation. Very courteous and professional.

The self-threading bracket screws that connect the door lifter arm to our newly-installed garage door pulled out of door structure after a couple of week’s use. Precision Door came out as soon as we called and even arrived earlier than scheduled. Brian responded, knew immediately what had to be done and replaced the weak opener arm connection with a reinforced plate that looks like it is in to stay. Just a little disappointed original installers didn’t recognize bracket connection was too weak to last.
