Techs John and Robert were terrific. They did excellent work, were very helpful and polite! PLEASE NOTE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPT WAS NOT AS EFFICIENT . THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THEY WERE NOT CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD THE FULL AMOUNT YOU SAID WAS REQUIRED FOR WORK TO BE DONE. CONSEQUENTLY, WHEN WORK WAS COMPLETED, I WAS TOLD I OWED MORE,WHICH WAS CONFUSING, SINCE I HAD AUTHORIZED BY PHONE PAYMENT IN FULL SEVERAL DAYS PREVIOUS. SINCE I WAS NOT INFORMED WHAT THEY DID, IT WAS AN UNPLEASANT FINISH.

Longer lead time than I was originally led to believe. My opener gave them some issues but they stayed with it and came back the following day until it was operating properly.
