Nick was an awesome installer. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He helped me get the MyQ app to link with my 2 new garage door openers. He removed all previous garage door openers and hardware. I had asked for pricing on new garage doors also and he helped me decide on which doors would closely match my existing doors. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you have any needed repairs. I called to have repairs done on a Tuesday morning and they scheduled a tech to come out later that day. Nicholas H arrived on time introduces himself and immediately began investigating my problem. He was extremely polite and very detailed and provided me with several different options and quotes after explaining each. Once i decided what i wanted he immediately started working and finished in a timely manner and showed and explained everything that he did. I also enjoyed his conversation at the conclusion. Highly recommended and i will use them again when maintenance is needed in the future.

A great experience as provided by Precision Garage Door representative Nicholas Hardin who deserves the highest grade as he is the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous,and customer service oriented as they come. After a thorough investigation of my garage door, he took the time to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve the problem. Once ascertained he took the time to explain the recommendations he had made to bring the door into balance which he stated is essential before addressing the opener itself. The end result is not only was my problem resolved but the door operates better than ever and to top it all off I am covered by a one-year warranty on parts that were installed and labor.
