After a morning phone call for service to pair the garage door opener to my new car, John the tech was here that afternoon. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his explanation of what was needed to set the opener plus put my 20-year old garage doors back into good order for a few more years of service. The Lift Master opener Precision initially replaced my old one with had none of the "adjustable" features I had expected. Thanks to Guido and the installing tech, Precision promptly changed it to a model that offered the exact adjustment features I wanted.....willingly and at no additional cost. The installation process was extremely professional with all features being fully explained to me. That's a first class business!

I used to use Daniel Garage Door Service and Precision answered the same number, so I asked them to come out and fix the door. John was the technician and he did a great job! He explained everything, so I could understand the problem, then completed it in record time, without bothering me. We love the new motor. It is quiet and so far works every time without catching or stopping.

I was told after 5 min my motor was bad. I balked and asked him to check wires. Then he said motor was fine but coils were broken or missing and for the lowest package it would be a mere $389.00. Then I was told before the service call It would be $59.00 but he asked for $89.00 because he had checked out everything. He was here a total of 15 minutes. I paid the 89 but said I would give a bad review. I feel scammed and cannot recommend this company on the island or neighbors.

Jonathan was right on time for appointment; he is very personable and friendly. Very pleased with his knowledge and explanation as to why garage door was inoperable. Possibly a lightning strike as we’ve had some bad storms the past couple weeks. Explained two options of replacement units and I chose the one without the battery pack. Job was completed in little over 1-1/2 hours. Extra thanks to Jonathan for programming my car opener on the sun visor. Will use Precision Door Service in the future if needed and highly recommend their services to others.

Your company is fantastic. I called around 8:40 am and your employee JONATHAN was at my house around 10. AM. I first called Overhead Door and they got back to me in the early afternoon. I told them that your company was fixing my door. Jonathan did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional the way he works with customers. I really like how he replaced the entire system. He even made sure all the openers worked including the openers in our vehicles. From now on if there is a problem your company will be called and I will let others know in our subdivision how good your company works.

Classic: broken garage door with car stranded. Precision Door sent a tech out the same day-on his way home at the end of his workday. After getting caught in a car accident on I95, the tech continued on to our place and repaired the door. Good man.

In looking for someone to repair my garage door,I looked in the phone book and saw PGD's ad. It looked like a good place to start. A "real person" really did answer the phone, took my information, and surprise, surprise,could come that same day. The knowledgeable technician was on time(a little early) and explained the problem, gave me a price quote, and got to work. The job was finished in a couple of hours, and this was all in ONE day!
