My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service performed today by your technician, Guido. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He was punctual, professional, and proficient. He offered numerous options, from varying degrees of repair to a total replacement of the garage door opener. Prior to his work, it was extremely noisy, and we didn't just want it patched. He replaced the spring, rollers, switches, and motor. He even installed heavy duty brackets to replace the flimsy ones, and put a strong brace on the heavy door where It was becoming damaged from the weight of the door. Now, it is so quiet and, in the event of a power outage, after his adjustments, can be opened manually with very little effort. We are extremely pleased and will highly recommend your company!
