I purchased my door opener from Precision about 1.5 years ago and needed service. Brad showed up, on time and completed the work quickly. He took the time to ensure all remotes were programmed and showed me how to do same. All covered under warranty.

The spring on our garage door broke at 4pm Thursday afternoon trapping my husband's work truck in the garage. We called the company who installed our equipment and never got a clear answer as to when they could come. I had saved the Precision Door Service insert from the VALUE PACK that comes in the mail, just in case. We called Precision at 5:15pm and actually got a live person. We were so happy to hear a technician would arrive between 2-4 the next day. At 3:15 Friday Brad called to advise he was on his way! Brad made a great first impression, diagnosing the problem instantly and explaining our options. In less than an hour, the broken spring had been replaced and we were back in business. In the future, PRECISION will be the only call we make when we have a garage door problem. Thank you, Brad for your professionalism, knowledge and personality. Happy golfing!

I used to use Daniel Garage Door Service and Precision answered the same number, so I asked them to come out and fix the door. John was the technician and he did a great job! He explained everything, so I could understand the problem, then completed it in record time, without bothering me. We love the new motor. Marcus did a great job with the installation of our new garage door opener. He was professional and quietly went about the business of removing the old and installing the new. Still need the battery back-up (requested after the job was already scheduled) and the new unit won't pair with one of our 2 vehicles. Marcus has committed to getting that corrected. About the opener - a Linear and it is without question the quietest garage door opener I've ever seen or heard! Highly recommend!

Fast, efficient and effective repairs on three doors by George and Guido. They had all required parts and tools on their trucks and presented a range of options for repair in a clear, polite manner. It was not cheap but worth it.
