Was very impressed with Precision's professionalism in responding to my inquiry about replacing my 16-ft garage door. I received an advance e-mail with the pictures of all their technicians confirming my appointment. Eric arrived exactly when they said he would and was careful to explain everything they would be doing. He rendered a quote on the spot. The installer (Donny) called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and completed the job by noon all by himself. He was very skilled and polite. I was impressed with how robust the new door was compared to other doors I was quoted, and way more robust than my old door that broke. In spite of the better quality, Precisions door was actually lower cost. I recommend this company highly.

George. What a jewel. He did everything he promised and it was all very professional. I talked to 3 other door companies and picked this one because the website was very transparent. The very first phone call told me all I needed to know. I will recommend them to everybody I know. As it turned out he knows a family member through the door industry which sealed the deal.
