Precision came out immediately when my garage door failed. The tech was courteous and thorough, explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand (please give him a raise!). The work was completely right away. I went from broken garage door to completely fixed and better than brand new in less than 3 hours after my emergency started. 10/10!

I purchased 3 replacement garage door about 6 months ago and was very pleased with their quality, construction and appearance. Also with the professionalism of the installer and his knowledge. I have not had any issues or complaints with these doors. So, I just added a new garage with front and back openings that I wanted to add doors from a manufacturer/company that resembled what I already installed. The price seemed reasonable for what I needed! Doors special size (13') wide. So, I went with Precision. John F. came out (Early) and provided me all the information I needed to make the best choice for my needs. Thanks! John.

We were extremely satisfied with all the work performed by Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time, well prepared and even got here early. From our initial phone call to job completed, which took them less than an hour to install a new garage door opener with sensors and program the remotes everything was done expertly. I never thought it could be done in that short of time so efficiently. Our service technician was Mike Glenn and he was exceptional, well spoken, knowledgeable of the products and we were very comfortable with him in the house. He left everything in a neat and orderly and clean state. I would be very willing to use precision in the future or recommend them to our neighbors.

We purchased our garage door from Precision in 2021. Today we had an issue with it not going up and down. Originally they weren't going to be able to come out until Monday, but when I explained the situation they were able to find a spot in their schedule to come by today. Michael was extremely helpful (even cleaned a few dust bunnies in the overhead light on the garage door motor). He quickly resolved our issue and showed us what to look for next time.
