A great experience as provided by Precision Garage Door representative Nicholas Hardin who deserves the highest grade as he is the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous,and customer service oriented as they come. After a thorough investigation of my garage door, he took the time to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve the problem. Once ascertained he took the time to explain the recommendations he had made to bring the door into balance which he stated is essential before addressing the opener itself. The end result is not only was my problem resolved but the door operates better than ever and to top it all off I am covered by a one-year warranty on parts that were installed and labor. Precision Overhead Garage Door sets the Gold Standard for business practices. Anthony, the technician sets the Gold Standard for representing the company. He showed up early and texted when he arrived. Anthony instills confidence. He knows his business well, and has excellent diagnostic skills in both the mechanics and the electronic aspects of the business. He is prepared with pictures and proving. My overhead garage door system hadn't been touched in nearly a decade. Anthony inspected the system from, electrical to worn out rollers. After a review he went to work and brought the system back to a safe working system. I was most impressed by Anthony's can-do attitude, his knowledge and demonstrated experience. Our garage door spring broke. The Service Tech arrived on time and did a great job repairing our issue. He was very pleasant and courteous. He was very professional and did the repair that was needed. I would highly recommend Precision, as well as the Service Tech who repaired our door.

Great service and informative! Technician Joe called to say he was on his way arrive to replace broken spring but we decided to replace both springs (highly recommend!) and a new belt drive opener that he had on his truck that very quit and has a camera! We are very happy with the results!!
