Our technician Brian was early for our appointment. He contacted us via phone stating he would be early, when he arrived he notified us. When his evaluation of our garage door was complete he again notified us and explained everything that was going on with the door. He then gave us options on how to move forward with the repairs. Very pleased with the work that was performed today. Thank you Brian.

The installer did an excellent job explaining the intricacies of garage door physics. I believe that the work needed to be completed but imagine my surprise when an estimated cost of $300 became nearly $800. When your car is trapped how much choice do you have? I could have said no.

Due to “emission sticker” issues on the Precision Door vehicle, the technician was delayed in getting into our community, so the panel replacement was not done until late in the afternoon.

Overall the service was good, the representative was respectful, professional but the reason I give four stars is because the representative damage my wall when he installed the spring on one side and when I pointed to the demage he just told me it was because the spring was to long and he did the best he can, I just finished my garage two weeks ago and now I have to fixed and didn’t even apologize for.

Got your name on line plus a quote for average cost of spring replacement. The time from calling your company to show up was excellent. The quote was in my estimation was high but the service man was good to work with me to eliminate some items I felt were unnecessary. Overall I was satisfied.

Unfortunately the mock up door that we did for quotation purposes is the door I ended up with. I recall being told about a website I could upload a picture of my current door and impose the new one. I never did that although I took a picture of my old door to upload. When I placed the order I went with the everything proposal and that is exactly what the door looks like. Wainscoting, with single raised panels on a double sized door, barn hardware, hinges and huge windows with no grids. I know these black handles/hinges fade over time and did not want to create a Maintanance issue with the replacement door. Wish I could just start over.

I was very satisfied with the promptness of service to replace garage door springs. Brad was very polite, knowledgeable and did the repair efficiently. The only negative is when I called for an appointment i was quoted $79-$189 to replace. However, when Brad arrived he told me that was the cost for 1 spring,not 2!! I was not told that by the lady I spoke to when making the appt. Obviously, I was somewhat shocked! Who replaces just one spring. I felt I was somewhat misled!
