A great experience as provided by Precision Garage Door representative Nicholas Hardin who deserves the highest grade as he is the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous,and customer service oriented as they come. After a thorough investigation of my garage door, he took the time to explain the steps he was going to take to resolve the problem. Once ascertained he took the time to explain the recommendations he had made to bring the door into balance which he stated is essential before addressing the opener itself. The end result is not only was my problem resolved but the door operates better than ever and to top it all off I am covered by a one-year warranty on parts that were installed and labor. Thank you Nick and Precision Garage Door.

Fast, friendly service from a very knowledgeable installer. Mike diagnosed my issues after having suffered a lightning strike to our house. He quoted me a fair price, gave a military discount and even provided a surge protector to my unit. My replacement motor, belt drive and outside keypad were installed within an hour and only after 2 hrs. from my initial call. All replaced parts were explained and demonstrated to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

My problem was repaired the same day I called. Jonathan was the tech. He called to give arrival time and he was on time. Inspected and repaired the door and some tips on maintenance . Jonathan was outstanding. Always good to see another veteran doing doing well.

Technician very competent about what was needed. Very methodical in repairing my issue. Not only replaced the springs but showed why the rollers needed replaced. The door now works very smoothly, much better than before. Extremely satisfied with the repair and the courtesy shown by the technician.

Unreasonable refusal to offer a la carte installation. Warranty cited as reason, but still refused when I offered to waive the warranty. Not going to pay $499 dollars when I can buy an opener from Lowes or Home Depot for less than $200 dollars. I would be a fool to do that. Taking business elsewhere.
