I love this company, they far exceed my expection for dependablity, I’ve had to deal with 2 different technicians in the past 6 months. We had a great experience today with Precision Garage Door and our Service Rep, Brad. The day after Christmas I didn't expect anyone to respond to my email inquiry but within a few minutes I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day. Brad called to say he was on his way and then explained in detail what he could do and how much it would cost. One hour later our garage door was opening and closing without any issues and we feel very confident and comfortable knowing it has been fixed.

Thanks for the prompt response-just a few hours. The technician corrected a wiring issue and replaced the torsion spring and then stayed to reprogram both vehicles. Nice guy - good job.
