Service was great. Appointment was scheduled a day after my call and the technician called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come early. Straight forward, courteous and efficient. He repaired my broken tension springs and was complete within an hour. Having 24/7 service with weekend availability was what caught my eye to make the call in the first place including the fact they are a local contractor for my area.

Because I seen an ad on TV which stated that the service call was free once they came and looked at what you had to give you an estimate. We recently bought an older home with an old garage door and it was working fine until we decided to get more controls for the door to open it and that's when it stop working we thought it might be just the motor but your techincan says we need a whole new unit, we are not ready for a whole new unit just now I was hoping that we could get it working without replace the whole door. I was not home so my husband was there with your service man Victor, as for as I know he did a good job. No work was done other than getting a estimate on what we need for a new door. Repairman arrived as scheduled. Evaluated door problems. Explained what problem was. Replaced springs and tested door. All work done quickly and efficiently. It was a very hot day. I would call this company again for any problems in the future. I also liked the fact that his service vehicle was fully equipped with all necessary parts needed. No need for a return visit or a wait for a parts delivery. 5 stars.

I live six hours away, in the Tampa bay area, and was only going to be in the Savannah area one day, Friday July 27th. Your office was able to fit me into the schedule not only that day, but early that day so I could meet a couple other trades at our condo unit on Whitemarsh Island. Victor showed up on time, was very polite and informative in explaining the issues and possible repair options for our garage door opener. Although we did not have the needed work done that day, I have the estimate, and an understanding of what needs to be done and fully intend to have you do the work at a later date ., THANK YOU for your promptness and outstanding service! The worker was here when promised, and did very good work. I do find the spray used is a little strong, and suggest you use something less strong smelling. I have had to leave the garage open all day, to try and reduce the strong smell. I would suggest a silicon spray in the future. We had a garage door opener repaired and chose the most expensive option offered.

Victor came to the house to give us an estimate on replacing two pnls that were damaged. The door unfortunately is no longer made, so he found one that was a close match. Pnls only, track and hardware are fine. We put a deposit down for four new Pnls to be replaced/installed by your company. I would prefer that Victor be the one to replace them if at all possible. He is a good people person and seems to know what he is doing. As I am typing this I do see you have military discounts, I am prior Military (Marine) if that makes a difference. We look forward to the new install and hope the new door is a close match. Thank you. Eric
