I cannot recommend Precision, and in particular, Guido, enough. They came out the very same morning I called to fix my garage door. Guido was so kind, especially to my children, and very professional. He kept me informed of all of the fixes he recommended before he completed them. First (and only) to respond when I solicited estimates from 3 vendors for replacing an existing residential garage door opener. Able to meet me the next day. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service performed today by your technician, Guido. I hope I spelled his name correctly. He was punctual, professional, and proficient. He offered numerous options, from varying degrees of repair to a total replacement of the garage door opener. Prior to his work, it was extremely noisy, and we didn't just want it patched. He replaced the spring, rollers, switches, and motor. He even installed heavy duty brackets to replace the flimsy ones, and put a strong brace on the heavy door where It was becoming damaged from the weight of the door. Now, it is so quiet and, in the event of a power outage, after his adjustments, can be opened manually with very little effort. We are extremely pleased and will highly recommend your company!

Guido - did a fine job for us. He (1) called to let us know his expected arrival time, (2)quickly assessed the problem and showed us the options (and costs) we had for repair, (3) made the repairs we selected, (4) made some alignment adjustments as well, and (5) cleaned up the work site before leaving. The price was a bit higher than I expected, but I am confident our garage doors are in good shape for the next few years.

Guido of Precision Garage door did a repair on my garage door that is fifteen years old. He did a complete repair on the on the door and replaced the old motor with a new LiftMaster. Guido is a real professional and is a great example of what people in his trade should be. He did a great job and with the military discount; I saved about $400 by repairing the old door rather than replacing it with a new door. As a disabled veteran I really appreciate the savings. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door as a result of the job Guido did for me.

Had a garage door opener stop working on a Sunday night. Called Monday morning and set up an appointment for Tuesday a.m. Guido called me an hour before he was to arrive, arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in two hours. Very pleased.
