They came the next morning and were very helpful with scheduling when it was convenient for me. Ashley in the office was great, and since they originally installed the garage door, they had all the info on it. Cleveland called 10mins prior to arrival as planned, was very pleasant and courteous. He was also very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was given three options for service including the broken torsion spring and it included a warranty. Neighbors had told me how unhappy they were with a local repair guy. Maybe this cost a few dollars more, but I felt that Cleveland went above and beyond with his maintenance of the whole door and opener, so it was worth it.

We were having trouble with the keypad and remotes, not responding ( opening or closing) we call that morning for service and we were quickly saying that afternoon. The young man I quickly assess the situation and resolved it. I did not get the young man’s name I believe he’s a US Army veteran ( date of service call October 31 around one 1:30 PM ) I wish I had got the young man name, he represented your company very well please invest, in this individual. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you have any needed repairs. I called to have repairs done on a Tuesday morning and they scheduled a tech to come out later that day. Nicholas H arrived on time introduces himself and immediately began investigating my problem. He was extremely polite and very detailed and provided me with several different options and quotes after explaining each. Once i decided what i wanted he immediately started working and finished in a timely manner and showed and explained everything that he did. I also enjoyed his conversation at the conclusion. Highly recommended and i will use them again when maintenance is needed in the future.

I called on Thursday afternoon, and we set an appointment for Friday between 8:00AM and noon. The tech called at 8:00, was at my house by 8:30 and had everything he needed (including two different choices of the parts required) in the truck with him. He was friendly and professional, and was finished with the work by 9:30. The repair was expensive, but I expected it to be, and I did choose the higher quality parts with the longer duty cycle because that is always better in the long run, and I appreciated having the choice. I could not be happier with the service Precision Garage Door provided, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Mike did an excellent job repairing our garage door. We actually only needed a bolt and nut but we had him replace the rollers and had him service the door. Would definitely recommend Precision for garage door work!
